Mindfulness Intro with Nikole Squires

This introductory mindfulness workshop will help you learn how to more regularly pause and check-in with yourself and others, as well as how to treat yourself with kindness and compassion. It will help you feel more connected and united and grow the ability to respond rather than react to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations.
